Chon Tea uses premium matcha from Kojima Seicha, our family tea company. Served over ice in a simple tumbler, the deep, vivid green of the matcha drink seems to echo the landscape beyond the window — as if the field itself found its way into the glass. Alongside it, a sparkling matcha drink arrives in an elegant flute: pale golden-green, alive with fine bubbles, refreshing against the tropical air.
