Day 3 of tea picking — and we're loving it! 🍵

Yesterday was a surprise rainy day, which left our tea leaves totally soaked 😅

But this morning? Bright sunshine and fresh air — perfect picking weather! ☀️

Before we could get started though, we had to head out early and shake all that rainwater off the leaves.

Today we're picking early-harvest Gyokuro Samidori our prized first flush with a naturally sweet, aromatic taste that only comes around once a year.
